Hi,
Your printer is compatable with the AIO app so if the iPhone and printer are on the same wifi network it should be visible.

Hi there, are you referring to the ePrint software for Windows and Mac OS? If so you can just uninstall it in the way you would do for any other software program on your computer.

Wireless instructions for iPad connecting to LJ P1102w
eprint app on my ipad can not find my wireless printer. my laptop pc works wirelessly without any issues. Can anyone help? i have an iPad2 w/ the latest os installed. Thank you for any help and for your time.

If you haven't already tried, I would like to you tried the following:
1. close the app on your iPad. Swipe up and close all the way. Open and see if you can get the app to recongize the printer. If not, go to #2
2. power cycle the printer and the iPad. Verify that both the iPad and printer are on the same network by going to the printer control panel > touch wireless icon > note SSID (second line). On iPad, touch settings app > wireless > verify network connected to.
The iPad network and the printer SSID should match. If they do not, then the app will not be able to find the printer and you will receive the message "No Printer Found" that you see in your app window.
Please let me know your results.

Problemadding aolemail to HP ePrint

HP OfficeJet 4620 - Can't scan
I am able to print wirelessly but cannot scan, it keeps saying that it can not connect - I beleive it has to do with Web Services.
I have connected to the IP of my printer in IE:
IPv4 Config: Automatic IP and DNS are selected
When I go to webscan on the Embedded Web Server I am able to direct the printer to scan from my PC but I am not able to manaully scan from the printer - I get an error saying it could not connect to the PC
I was able to fix this once in the past - there was a page on the embedded we services that showed a number of headers checked off - but one of them was not checked off. After making sure all 4 (or 5?) were checked off scanning worked from the printer.

I have a similar problem. I installed non HP replacement cartridges on my HP Office jet 6700 premium printer and not only it didn't work but I got the following message:
Printer failure.There is a problem with the printer of the ink system.
I reinstalled the original HP cartridges (though depleted) and got the same message. I tried to turn it off, unplug it several times and I still get that message.
I tried to watch the video you mentioned but Youtube wont let me. I am asked to login if the owner of the video has authorized me?

Thanks, WyreNut, for sharing this information. I very much appreciate you taking the time and writing down the procedure. As the printer started again printing Origamis (my daughter lost interest in them) I removed the web services as you described. But the hpconnected site seems to be down at the moment, so I will have to finish it later.

No, that didn't work either. I ran it and it still isn't allowing me to do certain things. For example, I am trying to look up the website address for the printer. The IP address shows 10.0.0.10 and when I type that in, nothing opens. Any other suggestions?
