Cannot find password to connect envy 6000 to DIRECT-CF-HP ENVY 6000 series
Hi Guys,
I followed set up procedure on iPad using HP smart app. Followed instruction to search for WiFi Network HP set up ...
This WIFI network was not found. Instead I found DIRECT-CF-HP ENVY 6000 series and have to enter password.
i cannot find a password
what to do next ?

I'm trying to connect my macbook pro to my printer using wifi direct and every time I select the wifi direct in my wifi settings and type in the password it tells me I have the wrong password, but I got it from the printer.

Hi,
The PC included a 1 month Office365 trial, it includes the operating system license, not an Office suite.
You would need to purchase a license to get the software running on the PC, this is not included as part of the PC, or uninstall the trial version and check for other alternatives for MS Office.

I enter the printer's location and port 8080, yet doesn't work.
Already had an hp account, old computer hard drive crashed, now trying to print on a brand new computer (windows 10). HP Smart asking me for printer code. Put in code as instructed by HP (name before address on congratulations print out), not recognized, told to reset web services, did and now can't get back in. Regardless of all that still can't print in spite of the fact that the printer is connected to network.

adjusting settings for emailed print jobs.
How do you change settings on a HP Envy Photo 7858 before emailing a print job to it. I get the choice to print 4x6 photos on WiFi direct, but emails just print to letter size automatically with no options to use 4x6 photos. "Sending with Android Galaxy S10". Does anyone know how to configure the printer settings for email printing?

Hi,
HP ePrint size is US Letter for any email message.
To print an image as 6 x 4 attach an image file to the email rather than adding a picture to the email, attached image files (e.g a JPEG file) will print as 6 x 4

failed to change mail to Personalize printer's email to my new printer
after installing my new print,
I login to my printers in hp smart site.
I change my old printer mail to temp mail address,
but when i tried to change the hp eprint mail address to my new printer i get an error
"please enter a valid email address" and then the hp smart website kicks me out.
I get this error for any unique name.
i will appreciate any help.

I have gone through your Post and would like to help
Is the Router using 5 Ghz or 2.4 Ghz? Please Note that the printer can only connect to 2.4 GHz and that might be the reason your computer which is connected to 5 GHz doesn't see the printer

The computer is connected to router via Lan cord and then router is connected to printer via 2,4 GhZ wifi. The router is ZTE F670, I read that it has problems to connect to Wifi devices from the computer connected via Lan cord . My current version of ZTE F670 firmwire V1.1.10P3T14. I read that V1.1.10P3T18 probably solves the problem, but firmwire in router can be changed only by my internet provider - MGTS (Moscow City Telephone Network) but their technicans do not bother to do anything so I cannot confirm this.

Blue light blinking
I am having a very difficult time trying to print online coupons off of my Android phone. I have tried to contact HP support or at least an email with examples but I cannot find an email and when I enter in my printer it keeps buffering and buffering and buffering at least half an hour to no end. However my main issue is that the blue light is blinking on my printer it will not recognize the HP smart app on my phone and will not recognize the printer on my phone when I tried to print online coupons. I click on what I want to print on my phone and then my phone promised me saying that the coupon has been printed already and I lose my offer. I just want to know why my blue light is blinking my printer has been working fine until I update it HP smart app on my phone all of a sudden it is not working and the blue light is blinking. I don't know if that has anything to do with it but like I said my printer has been working fine until the time I downloaded the app on my phone. Hope someone can help with this dilemma.

orange information light and flashing enveople symbol. printer not connecting to instant ink
orange information light is on and a flashing envelope. tried new cartidges. if i go onto instant ink,it says my printer isn't connected but its connected to my wifi network.restarte printer and laptop lots, even reinstalle the printer but no joy. wasted 4 hours on this. going to throw printer in the bin and buy an epson

I understand that you would like to reset the administrator password.
Your printer has a Wireless Direct password. You must print out your Network Config sheet to see it.
To print the wireless network test report and network configuration page
Press the Wireless button and the Information button at the same time.
● The wireless network test report shows the results of the diagnostic for the status of the wireless network,
wireless signal strength, detected networks, and more.
● The network configuration page shows the network status, hostname, network name, and more.

Printer Issue not printing 100% Saturation black
Hello,
I have a hand-me-down HP Photosmart 6520 that used to print just fine, albeit in need of some ink. This year, I finally replaced the ink cartridges with genuine HP ink cartridges, and now the ink levels are reading at full for black, cyan, magenta, and yellow. However, when I print a quality diagnostic report, the text prints black but the black bars that should show up in the color blocks is blank. I've tried printing a test page at printatestpage.com, and for some reason, the 100 percent color intensity (black) is lighter than the 20 percent color intensity. I also tried printing out a paper for school, and the title shows up just fine, but the text below seems to skip a lot of letters and the text appears grey. Maybe it could have an issue with PDFs? I thought this wouldn't be the issue but I thought id mention it regardless. Please help!
