Dear sirs

I have a computer with windows 10 that is connected through LAN cord to ZTE F670 Router which is connected through WiFi to HP LaserJet M28w. Unfortunately the computer doesn’t see the printer no matter how many times I reinstall drivers or follow WiFi installation procedure. Previously computer worked well with printer when they both were connected through WiFi, as well when I attached them with USB cable. I found no advice in Hp help for this issue.Can you please help how should I connect the printer to my computer in my configuration?

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Have you tried downloading the attachments and then painting?

Which web browser are you using?

What is the mail domain your using?

No air printers found each time I try to print from iPad

My wireless set up works great but I must reboot printer each time I try to print from my iPad Pro.  I can print once or twice then I receive “no air printers found” and then each time after the 3rd time I have to reboot my printer?  Any solution? It is driving me crazy.

I'd like to help!

 

To assist better-

  1.  I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
  2. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
  3. Are you trying to connect your printer to your home network, public network, or without a router?
  4.  Are the printer and Mac connected to the same network?
  5.  What is the distance between the router and the printer?
  6. Is there any antivirus software installed on your Mac?

Try the steps in the document to connect the printer - No Connection after Router or Wi-Fi Settings Change

 I recommend you click here to turn off the web service when done successfully,

Go ahead and click here to turn on the web services, and check if it works

My HP Photosmart 6520 printer is not using the Black ink when printing.  I replaced all the ink cartridges and still have the problem.  I have done all the recommended trouble shooting processes.  I have cleaned the printheads, aligned the printer and replaced the cartridges.  I used the print doctor and still not working.

I have installed two new cartridges but I cannot print. The error message indicates, reinstall or replace. I have been installing successfully except now. So maybe faulty cartridges?

Ink not working after installing and cleaning

I have recently replaced my ink cartridge with my Instant Ink plan. Since replacing the cartridges, my black ink will not print. I have gone through all the troubleshooting I can find. I have checked the "vents", cleaned the printer heads multiple times; I can't find any visible issues. Updates are installed and there are no errors popping up when I use my HP Print Doctor, everything looks fine. Cartridge seems to be "communicating", I still receive a reading that it is full, the printer knows its there. Now, why won't it print??!
