Printer says contact printer administrator to start Wireless Set Up Wizard but I am administrator!!!! I am the person who set up the printer and connected it to a wireless network before, but now the printer has locked me out. PLEASE HELP.
Totally stupidly designed software which has got me wasting 3 hours of my time to find a solution to my query. Awful help centre as well can't find any answers on here.
This seems like an issue with the Adobe application as the printer is able to print other files fine.
Update of reinstall the Adobe reader app.
Alternatively, try printing the PDF file as an image as shown in this document and check if that helps.
If the issue persists, contact the Adobe support for assistance.

Why does HP/the HP1102 not support printing via USB/OSG so I can print from my android phone?
Very frustrating when it brings it up shaded in the HP plug in app, but will not select and use it; yet third party apps (have to pay) can get the printer to print via this method!
What solution can you provide for your products to enable me to actually use them..

How do I remove the printer from my account as it's been the same account since I purchased it?? I powered down the router the PC and the printer and waited for it to all get back online and I tried again and it goes to the check status of the printer and it still doesn't work still shows the printer ENABLE print anywhere is it an issue wit the software from the MICROSOFT store should I remove it and install the driver directly instead.
hello. . i id some investigating and it turns out i was trying to "eprint" a file that is not supported by eprint. . seems to me that an .rtf file should be supported. . . why is it not???

I've got a new printer simple printer, USB connection. Not for wireless printing, mainly for scanning and occasional prints.
Added it to imac no problem, but when I press print it doesn't. It makes all the correct indications: printer on, then printer printing- no sounds from printer and no printing. I have scanned & printed on the printer and it works fine.
I have tried everthing: checked cables, & router, switched on and off, re-set printers, checked compatibility with Mac, tried on my Macbook pro - same issue.
Went onto apple , re-booted computer, followed all the trouble shooting trails but nothing doing.
In set up the only thing I keep running into is ' Unable to verify the printer on your network' - now since this printer does not do air printing , I'm not sure how relevant this is... But i did try all the work arounds that I read about.
I'm about to return the printer.
I must be missing something, very frustrated.

Moved to a new apt, connected my printer to new WIFI, unable to print from macbookpro and iphone.
On my computer, it says unable to connect in the printing job. On my phone, it cannot detect the printer when I try to print from my email.
Any tips would be appreciated! (Printer is from 2015... maybe too old? Worked just fine at the old apt)
I know that, but if a third party app can print from my phone using the printer, why can't the HP apps do this, as it's one of their printers after all?
My HP 241 i x now has a problem in that it won't detect HDMI or VGA. Is it likely a hardware problem within the monitor? Is it something I should have repaired or is this monitor a lost cause?
I have tried to unplug, held power down a minute, plugged back in. But it not work for me. Monitor's message : No signal

You can print emails and attached documents or photos. Review the HP ePrint email and print job requirements for best results.
Print text (.txt), PDF, HTML, Microsoft Word (.doc and .docx), Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt and .pptx), Microsoft Excel (.xls and .xlsx) document file types. OpenOffice files are not supported by HP ePrint.
Print bitmap (.bmp), graphics interchange format (.gif), joint photographic experts group (.jpg and .jpeg), portable network graphics (.png), and tagged image file format (.tiff) photo file types.
When you print email attachments, the email body also prints.
Attach less than 10 attachments per email print job.
The total size of the email must be less than 10 MB, including attachments.
Digitally signed, encrypted, or password protected documents are not supported by HP ePrint.
you can covert the file and then try and print.
rtf file format is a Eprint limitation.

My printer has been disconnected. It will not print off my iPad. BT tells me that it is connected to broadband.
I have connected my HP DeskJet 3720 printer to my home computer with the USB cord. My three currently on-line students all have a chrome book issued to them by the School District. Are my three students able to connect wirelessly to the HP DeskJet to print while the printer is still connected to my home P.C.?

I Have HP officejet Pro 8600. It is connected to my Wi-Fi. My computer is connected to the same Wi-Fi but my computer doesn't recognize it and I can print. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
I have HP DeskJet 2624 printer and am trying to connect to the internet. I am following the instructions provided with the product as follows:
1) Downloaded the HP smart app in my laptop
2) Connected the printer to my laptop by the USB provided by HP
3) Add a printer
4) Set up a new printer
5) Chose the option "Wireless" and clicked next.
6) The printer does not have touchscreen display. So selected No and continue.
7) Clicked on Connect Printer
It gives a message "Finding the printer...this can take a couple of minutes, depending on your network speed". After about 5-10 minutes, I get the message "Printer not connected by USB. Make sure your printer is powered On and the USB cable is connected between your computer and printer". What is the solution?

I'd like to help with the printer connectivity issue.
Use HP Print and Scan Doctor to check connectivity
Download a special version of HP Print and Scan Doctor specifically created to help with printer offline conditions.
Set a manual IP-
To set a manual IP and try the steps below -
--->Touch on the wifi icon ((i)) on the printer, and take down the IP address
--->Open a web browser (ex Chrome or Mozilla) and type in the printer's IP
--->then go to network ---> general ---> network protocols ---> select IPV4 only-->apply
--->go to wireless ---> wireless 802.11---> select manual ip ---> apply
--->Enter 8.8.8.8 for the first DNS and 8.8.4.4 for the second DNS.
--->then go to settings on the main ews page --> power management ---> select sleep mode to max 15min
Connect the printer to TCP/IP port- follow the below instructions-
--->Touch on the wifi icon ((i)) on the printer, and take down the IP address
a. Click Start/Devices and Printers. Right-click on your HP Printer. Select Printer Properties. Select the Ports tab at the top.
b. Select Add Port. Select Standard TCP/IP Port. Select New Port.
c. Follow the Add Port Wizard. Under Printer Name or IP Address, . Example: 192.168.1.15. The IP address will be copied under Port Name.
d. Select Next and Finish the Wizard.
For Samsung tablet refer to -Printing with the Samsung Print Service Plugin
